Live at CSUSB While Attending SBVC
San Bernardino Valley College students now have an exciting new housing option through our partnership with California State University, San Bernardino (CSUSB). The Den2Den Housing Pathway Program allows eligible students to live in CSUSB residence halls, enjoy full access to campus dining, and be part of a vibrant college community, all while attending classes at SBVC.
What’s Included

On-Campus Housing: Live in CSUSB’s fully furnished residential community: Arrowhead Village.

Meal Plan: Enjoy meals at CSUSB’s dining facilities with a required meal plan included in your housing package.

Access to Campus Resources: Get a Coyote ID and tap into CSUSB amenities like the Student Recreation & Wellness Center, library, and more.

Community Connection: You’ll live in a community with other SBVC students and have support services available to help you succeed.
Am I Eligible?
To apply, students must:

Be actively enrolled at SBVC

If accepted, must enroll in at least one zero-cost course at CSUSB each semester

Show interest in transferring to CSUSB after completing their studies at SBVC
Brief Overview

Housing
- Arrowhead Village (4 bedroom, 2 Bath) - 32 spaces available (8 units)
- $10,884.00 per room, per student (Academic Year Total - Fall & Spring)

Meal Plan Yotie 5 (Required)
- 5 meals are loaded at the beginning of each week that can be used at The Dining Commons (buffet all you can eat)
- $25 Dining Dollars that are loaded one-time per semester that can be used in any on-campus retail dining location
- $954.52 per student per semester ($1,909.04 in total)

Student Fees
- Fees will provide SBVC students access to the Library, Recwell, and ID, etc.
- $1,004.35 per student (total mandatory fees)

Summary
- Housing Spaces become available on August 21, 2025, through May 17, 2026
- All SBVC students would have their own bedroom
- Total per student at Arrowhead Village (Housing, Meal, Student Fee): $13,797.39
