SBVC students live in Arrowhead Village (4 Bed/2 Bath).

Yes. All SBVC students living at CSUSB are required to purchase a meal plan. Options vary in price and meal frequency.
Yes, SBVC students who are receiving financial aid can use those funds to pay for housing and meal plans at CSUSB. While CSUSB is the provider of the housing, your financial aid is awarded through SBVC. Once your financial aid is disbursed, any eligible remaining funds (known as a refund) can be used to pay CSUSB directly.

Here’s how it works:

  • Your financial aid is applied first to any outstanding charges at SBVC (such as tuition or fees).
  • Any remaining refund amount can then be used to cover housing and meal costs at CSUSB.
  • Students are responsible for using their refund to make timely payments to CSUSB.

We recommend students reach out to the SBVC Financial Aid Office to understand their financial aid options, including Federal Direct Loans and private student loans. The office can help you estimate your refund amount and ensure you are receiving all aid you’re eligible for.
