SBVC is committed to safeguarding the personal and educational security of every student on our campus.
We will continue to work with local and state officials to monitor any developments and ensure our policies are aligned with these protections.
To our undocumented students and those in need of support, we encourage you to take advantage of the following resources:

- Informed Immigrant – Offers tools, guides, and resources to help undocumented individuals navigate life in the U.S. and access support.

- Asian Americans Advancing Justice – Southern California – Offers legal services, advocacy, and education to protect and advance the rights of Asian American and immigrant communities.
- Immigration Legal Resource Center – Provides training, legal materials, and policy analysis to support immigrant communities and advocates.
- California Community Colleges – Undocumented Students – A centralized resource for undocumented students attending California Community Colleges, offering guidance on financial aid, legal support, and campus services.

- SBVC will not turn over student information to immigration authorities without a legal mandate.
