SBVC Offering New Certificates And Transfer Degrees This Fall

San Bernardino Valley College is offering several new programs, transfer degrees, and certificates starting this fall, as the institution continues to fulfill its mission and commitment to providing high-quality education and innovative instruction to a diverse community. The new certificates are: Audio Broadcasting Certificate of Achievement; Automotive Clean Vehicle Technology Certificate of Achievement; Business Workplace Essentials Certificate of Completion (noncredit); Career Essentials for the Business World Certificate of Completion (noncredit); Commercial Driver's License Orientation and Training Certificate of Achievement; Practical Entrepreneurship Certificate of Completion (noncredit); and Video Broadcasting Certificate of Achievement. There are also three new transfer degrees: Child and Adolescent Development Associate of Arts Transfer Degree; Global Studies Associate of Arts Transfer Degree; and Social Justice: Ethnic Studies Associate of Arts Transfer Degree. These degrees are intended for students who plan on transferring to a California State University campus to earn a bachelor's degree in child and adolescent development, global studies, ethnic studies, or similar majors.
