- The DE-LEC part of this class requires 4.5 hours per week of online instruction.

- This is a fully online class. Students will be required to complete online instructional content via Canvas. This class could offer some live online meetings, but students will have options on accessing that content. Students should log on to Canvas the first day of class to access classes. If you have come this far you obviously are enrolled in the course. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me prior to the start of the semester at the email address given. For public speaking PUBLIC SPEAKING, The Evolving Art.4th ed. Stephanie Coopman, Wadsworth/Cengage Learning, publishers. You also have the option of going to www.cengagebrain.com and buying their E book. The choice is yours.
If you are taking Speech 135 the test is Media Impact by Shirley Biagi 12th edition also by Cengage.
If you go the CengageBrain.com you can rent the book at a reduced rate. The published will send you the book to your home. You will have to be able to provide them with a credit card for rental. You also can use the E book format if that works for you. PLEASE NOTE-It is vital that you start the semester with the book as this course is 8 weeks and you will be so far behind if you do not have the book at the start. I have several books for each class on reserve but you have to use them in the library. I look forward to the course. Make sure you are buying COURSEMATE as that includes the E book.
